La brasserie Van Steenberghe imite-t-elle la brasserie Moortgat et ses Duvel Triple Hop? Dans tous les cas, la Piraat Triple Hop est bien une bière blonde forte en alcool avec une dose additionnelle de houblons. La Piraat Triple Hop est encore plus forte que les Duvel Triple Hop avec une taux d'alcool à 10.5%

Liefmans Goudenband est une bière à part, une vieille bière belge brune remise au goût du jour tout en gardant ce qui a fait son succès dans le passé.

La Liefmans Goudenband est une bière légérement acide, issue du mélange d'une bière brune jeune et d'une moins jeune (6-12 mois maturation). Son nom "Goudenband" est d'ailleurs une référence aux anneaux métaliques couleur or qui cerclent les fûts en bois dans lesquels la bière vieillit.

En bouche, la Liefmans Goudenband offrent des touches boisées et caramélisées typiques des bières brunes mais aussi des notes de pomme, de rhubarbe et de cerise, moins communes.

La Goudenband reste une bière acide qui vieillit extrèmement bien et qui propose une palette de saveur très intéressante.

La Maredsous Brune est la bière brune de la gamme de bière d'abbaye Maredsous. Initialement brassée par les moines pour la Noël, elle est maintenant disponible toute l'année pour les amateurs de bières brunes.

La bière belge Triple de la brasserie Millevertus est une référence incontournable. Fondée en 1997 dans la région de Namur, la brasserie propose une large gamme de bières artisanales. Parmi les plus connues, on retrouve La Mère Vertus, une bière forte à 9%.Triple maltée et houblonnée facile à boire.
