Liefmans Goudenband est une bière à part, une vieille bière belge brune remise au goût du jour tout en gardant ce qui a fait son succès dans le passé.

La Liefmans Goudenband est une bière légérement acide, issue du mélange d'une bière brune jeune et d'une moins jeune (6-12 mois maturation). Son nom "Goudenband" est d'ailleurs une référence aux anneaux métaliques couleur or qui cerclent les fûts en bois dans lesquels la bière vieillit.

En bouche, la Liefmans Goudenband offrent des touches boisées et caramélisées typiques des bières brunes mais aussi des notes de pomme, de rhubarbe et de cerise, moins communes.

La Goudenband reste une bière acide qui vieillit extrèmement bien et qui propose une palette de saveur très intéressante.

Liefmans Kriek Brut est une bière kriek comme on en fait plus.

Au contraire des bières fruitées acides à base de lambic, la Liefmans Kriek Brut est issue du mélange de vieille brune et de Liefmans Goudenban dans lequel des cerises noires macèrent pour donner à la bière sa saveur fruitée légérement acidulée.

La Liefmans Kriek Brut vieillit ensuite 18 mois afin d'intensifier les saveurs qu'elle a à offrir.

La Maredsous Brune est la bière brune de la gamme de bière d'abbaye Maredsous. Initialement brassée par les moines pour la Noël, elle est maintenant disponible toute l'année pour les amateurs de bières brunes.

Tandis que les houblons utilisés apportent une fraicheur fruitée et florale au nez, une curieuse sensation de caramel apporte cette douceur caractéristique de la Vedett IPA.

La bière belge Bersalis Kadet de la brasserie Oud Beersel est une blonde légère avec un taux d'alcool de 4.5%. La brasserie, située en Belgique, est connue pour ses bières traditionnelles telles que la Bersalis Tripel et la Bersalis Sourblend.Bière blonde triple légérement houblonnée.

L’Enfant Terriple is mixed with cherries for 6 months. This is 250 g of pitted cherries per liter of beer. During this time, the bacteria have time to further digest all the sugars and continue the natural acidification. Meanwhile, the cherries slowly give off their blood-red color and savory taste. Part of this kriek is also poured into the oak barrels where it sours and mellows with woody notes for a year in a layer of lactobacilius.
