Blond beer

Suzanne is a saison-style beer brewed by Hedonis Brewery.

Saisons style beers are light, cloudy, dry and grassy beers. Saisons were originally brewed on farms in the winter for seasonal workers during the summer harvest.

Suzanne is a generously dry-hopped spelled seasonal beer.

Hedonis is a Flemish microbrewery that produces craft beers that are out of the ordinary.

Wild sour, spontaneous secondary fermentation and maturation for 22 months in oak barrels which make it a unique brette product.

A unique season with jasmine green tea. A fresh beer but with character.

Brewed with coriander, liquorice and orange peel, it is nevertheless not too sweet but rather mild.

It is one of the flagship beers of the Fagnes brewery, it was called the super des Fagnes not so long ago.

Rather sweet and slightly spicy for a season. It takes its name from a famous local bandit who used to torture his victims to find out where they hid their money.

Amber in color, it is rather easy to drink despite its high alcohol content.

Fresh hops are added during brewing and hop leaves during fermentation which gives it a flowery and unique taste.

5 different hops make it a fairly bitter beer, easy to drink and very refreshing.

Abbey-style blond beer with a good taste of cereals.

Hops do not bring bitterness to beer, which gives it a fairly mild but not sweet taste.

The three hops used give it a very subtle lemony citrus side.

That said, it remains rather smooth and easy to drink like an abbey lager.

Dry-Hopping Mosaic.

The Hopus is a triple-styled copper blonde. A nice balance between sweetness and bitterness.

It has the particularity of being served twice; the beginning in a large glass and the bottom (also called the lees) in a very small glass next to it. This method can be applied to almost all beers refermented in the bottle, with the exception of white on lees).

Slightly bitter saison brewed with wheat and spices.

Unfiltered, light in the mouth but also robust, this beer is between the season with body and the triple light.

Sweet and fruity.

This blonde beer is balanced between spice and malt. Even if its alcohol level is rather light, it does not change its character in any way.

Bitter beer where part of the hops has been replaced by chicory root.

Triple blond hopped with the Pilgrim variety.
