De Poes blond is an unfiltered blond beer of high fermentation, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. The beer is fruity with a slight hint of alcohol at the tip of the tongue. The bitterness is well balanced. The herbs used bring a pleasant freshness and we can easily guess the reference to flowers and citrus fruits.
