Beer Queue De Charrue Triple 9% Vanuxeem | Triple
€48,24
Belgique Blonde Bouteille Hainaut

Copper color balanced between sweetness and bitterness.

Originally it was the blonde but in 1992, it was renamed triple to make way for its lighter and softer little sister.

Quite classic, it is similar to many triple abbeys in Belgium.

Brewery Vanuxeem

The Vanuxeem brewery has had a rebounding history. It all started in 1906, when Henri Vanuxeem took over the Gillebert breweries in Ploegsteert, a small village at the crossroads of France, Wallonia and Flanders.

The Vanuxeem brewery then produced stouts, pale ale, bacchus and table beers. Between the wars, a pilsner was added to the range.

In 1966, the equipment got old and production stopped following pressure from the big brewing groups. The place is converted into a warehouse for the distribution of beers. Fifteen years later, a store also opened its doors. The conversion from brewery to warehouse keeper is going quite well.

In 1986, it was the 'Year of Beer' in Belgium and the descendants of the founders of the Vanuxeem brewery launched the 'Queue de Charrue Brune'. In order to be able to produce it, they reopen the brewery and relaunch their brewing activity. At the same time, they considerably develop the distributor activity, in particular for the HoReCa.

In 1990, they developed their distributor activity to such an extent that today Vanuxeem has become the largest beer distributor in Belgium. The company benefits from its unique geographical location straddling Belgium, France and Germany.

The place continues to grow, today the Drinks Vanuxeem is 27000 m² and offers almost all the beers of Belgium.
