Brewery des Spores
The Spore brewery was created in 2019 and very quickly found its place in the French brewing landscape among the best brewers. It must be said that the founding trio is not made up of novices and that the diversity of the beers on offer is impressive for such a young brewery.
The story of the Spore brewery began in 2015 when Simon & Fred met during a professional training in La Rochelle. At that time, they were already brewers at Deck & Donohue and Goutte d'Or respectively.
Flora joined the duo in 2018 and that's when everything started, test brews, participation in festivals, draft communication. Everything that makes up the identity of a craft brewery today is defined and fine-tuned.
In 2019, they invested in a room where a taproom is directly open to taste the beers produced to order based on their recipes. In 2020, it is the delivery with the delivery of the tanks.
