                      Big Mama is brewed from 5 kinds of barley malt and part rye malt in combination with Summit and Willamette hop flowers. It is then cold infused with American hops and cocoa nibs from Madagascar. Big Mama will improve during the first year of cellaring by developing delicate aromas of chocolate balanced by a moderate bitterness.

                      Brewery NovaBirra

                      NovaBirra is a project launched by Emanuele Corazzini in 2008 in Braine-l'Alleud. After accumulating a lot of knowledge about beer over the years from brewers all over Europe, he launched NovaBirra with the aim of introducing beer through tasting and brewing courses.

                      In 2011, success was there for NovaBirra, to such an extent that the quantity of beer produced during its workshops was too great. Commercialization is inevitable, and today many of his beers can be found outside the workshop walls.

                      People who have taken the NovaBirra courses have traced their paths in the brewing world. This is how Li P'tite Gayoûle, Non Peut-être, La Levalloise, La Chatte and Super Fresca are collaborative beers in which Emanuele participated.

                      He strongly helped and contributed to changing the Belgian brewing landscape by doing what he wanted to do: sharing brewing knowledge.
