      Brewery Malheur

The De Landtsheer brewery was founded in 1997 in Buggenhout. His goals are to create a brand of beer that is both clean and original, to determine the taste and ingredients of his beer himself, and to export and sell his products in Europe and the United States.

'Malheur' beers come in four so-called 'classic' versions; 6, 8, 10 and 12 in reference to their alcohol content. Three special versions also exist, beers brewed with Champagne methods; the Brut, the Cuvée Royale and the Dark Brut.

The brewer's objective is successful since it exports 70% of its production, and a large part of it to the United States.
