Brewery de l’Être
The brasserie de l'Etre is a Parisian brasserie located to the east in the 19th. Founded in 2015 by Edward and Loic, the idea germinated in 2012 at a time when there were still no microbreweries in Paris. Very quickly, Edward and Loic made the choice to produce certified organic beers with French malts and Alsatian hops. Today the brewery produces 1500 hectoliters and has the particularity of hosting within its walls the production project of Kombucha "Archipelago"
