      Brewery Cambier

Brasserie Cambier is an urban brasserie founded in Lille in 2014 by Jean-Christophe Cambier.
Jean-Christophe's project was to recreate a craft brewery in the city when at the time no beer was produced in Lille.

The attachment of the Cambier brewery to the Lille metropolis is strong. Most of the production is sold locally, in particular through the taproom, which allows visitors to come and discover the brewery on site.

Today, more than 6000 hectoliters are produced each year through two ranges: Mongy and Cambier.

The range of Mongy beers corresponds to permanent beers which offer known styles such as triple, ipa, blond and white. The name Mongy comes from a Lille notable who gave his name to the first tramway in the city.

The range of Cambier beers corresponds to beers produced in limited editions. These are generally more confidential brews with much more extravagant recipes dedicated to a connoisseur public.

If you ever go to Lille, we strongly advise you to do so during the BAL "Bière à Lille", one of the best craft beer festivals in France, but also at the bar "La Capsule" where you can easily meet the brewers of at Cambier at the counter.
