Brewery Annexe
The Annexe brewery is a brewery and a fermenter. Fermenterie because it makes fermented lemonades (with a maximum of 2% alcohol) as was done at the beginning of the last century.
They are two high school friends who gave themselves two challenges in life: running the Marathon des Sables and brewing their own beer. Although only one, Max, ran the marathon, they achieved their second dream together when the first of their beer was born, the Brussels Season.
This is also the specialty of the Annexe, season-style beers, since they only brew this style but they manage to decline it ad infinitum. In short, they are passionate people who take care to choose their raw materials carefully and who know precisely what they are doing.
You will find their lemonades in many bistros in the capital, it is an excellent alternative to industrial drinks and they have a wide choice of different flavors.
