Bières Brabant Wallon (Province)

A creamy foam and a powerful nose marked with honey without being ostentatious, accompanied by an anthology of floral, spice and citrus notes.

The Hopus is a triple-styled copper blonde. A nice balance between sweetness and bitterness.

It has the particularity of being served twice; the beginning in a large glass and the bottom (also called the lees) in a very small glass next to it. This method can be applied to almost all beers refermented in the bottle, with the exception of white on lees).
