                      Originally, this sweet-tangy drink was obtained by adding fresh black cherries to a 6-month-old Lambic cask. Due to the limited availability of "Schaerbeekse Cherries", Lindemans Brewery has developed a unique natural alternative method using pure cherry juice from unfrozen cherries. The Kriek has a pink-red color and a delicious sparkling cherry champagne taste.

                      Kriek Timmermans is brewed by adding natural juice to lambic beer, a mixture which is then fermented in oak barrels. After which, it is bottled. Kriek Timmermans mixes its famous lambic with this sweetness to make a beer capable of quenching all thirsts. Its taste is all cherry, as its very powerful nose already shows. Its acidity is neutralized by its pleasantly sweet and fruity bouquet.
