Brewery La Montagnarde
La Montagnarde is the brasserie of Fanny & Christophe located in the Savoyard heights in the town of Saint-Jean d'Arvey.
The brasserie is a living kitchen open to its environment. Its small size allows it to experiment a lot.
We thus find spontaneous, wild and mixed fermentation beers. Each one with this little touch of the mountains, whether via water (of course), with hops, some of which grow on site, but also over pickings during alpine ballages.
The La Montagnarde brewery also ages in barrels and cultivates its own yeasts which it tests for years.
