This beer, robust in taste and strength, is the pinnacle of flavor. Its bouquet is fruity and spicy, its taste is frank, between a strong bitterness and a caramelized flavor. It does not contain sugar, and this pure malt beer oscillates between different tendencies which all round off the bitterness. The conclusion is long and emphasizes a bitterness still present but less supported by the caramel. The final impression is that of gingerbread without sugar.
