La brasserie est aussi une pionnière des bières bios en Belgique.

A Pils-type beer, bottom-fermented, with cereal aromas. This pure malt Pilsner (barley malt) is filtered but not pasteurized. Fine sparkle with a blond color and a white head. Aromas of malt and cereals. Mellow with a slight bitterness.
