Brewery de Blaugies
The brewery of Blaugies, located in the village of the same name (entity of Dour), is a family brewery-farm which began the brewing adventure in 1988. The first desire of the founding couple was to brew their own beers in an ancestral way. .
Even if they are still present in the Blaugies brewery, it is now the children who are hard at work. The eldest son is graduated in biotechnology and actively participates in production. The youngest and his wife graduated from a hotel school and opened a restaurant just opposite the brewery.
The Blaugies brewery is very famous in the United States, so much so that they made a collaborative beer with 'Hillfarm Stead' (a renowned brewery in the brewing world), called the 'Vermontoise'.
The appeal of farm breweries in the United States is enormous, they are very fond of 100% natural seasons, and that is exactly the beers produced by the Blaugies brewery.
