The Belgoo brewery is established on the edge of Brussels in the Senne valley. Unlike the other breweries in the region, the brewer Jozef does not make gueuze but high-fermentation craft beers.
He brews nine different ones with very specific characters, ranging from the most malty to the most hoppy. It shares space there with the Lambiek Fabriek brewery.
They have a small refreshment bar where you can go on Fridays and Saturdays to taste the Belgoo beers but also the beers from Lambiek Fabriek (the latest of the gueuzeries). The brewery is easily accessible from the capital by bus or even by bike.
